Rep. Moore: 'Votes Are There' to Pass CR
Rep. Tim Moore (R-NC) says the votes are there to pass a continuing resolution that would keep the government open through mid-December. Rep. Moore says difficulty getting the 60 votes needed to advance legislation in the Senate has contributed to Congress’ reliance on continuing resolutions and says Washington spends too much as the national debt tops $40 trillion.
