Woman found naked on Martha’s Vineyard road says she was raped by school security director at State Police barracks: DA
Edward Brown, 27, was arraigned on Oct. 13 on a rape charge for the heinous sexual assault of his purported victim on Aug. 15, according to a press release from the Cape and Island District Attorney's Office.
