Prosecutors in surrogacy scandal arrest call mansion a "house of horrors"

A Chinese-born couple was arrested in California on Tuesday, more than a year after 21 children were discovered inside their castle-like mansion near Los Angeles. They are accused of what the L.A. Jonathan Vigliotti reports.
