Influential US skateboarder Marc Johnson dies aged 49: ‘Everything he did was art’
Tributes pour in from across skateboarding world Johnson was Thrasher’s 2007 skater of the year Marc Johnson, the influential professional skateboarder whose inventive street style and Bay Area roots helped define modern street skating, has died at the age of 49.
