A Brooklyn pet store is accused of running an illegal, high-volume commercial puppy pipeline — flipping hundreds of commercially-bred designer mutts by using a phony rescue shield to dodge a landmark state “puppy mill” ban, according to a new lawsuit from the Attorney General's office.
