NYC judge rips Alexander brothers as ‘like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde’ before revealing their fate for ‘monstrous’ serial rapes
“I don’t refer to people as monsters because even rapists can change, but your conduct was monstrous," the judge said, citing how victims described the brothers as “sadistic, masochistic, sexual predators.”
