Fox said it will buy Roku for $160 per share in a cash-and-stock deal that it expects to complete in the first half of 2027.
Fox says the deal will create the third-largest television company in the United States.
The buy will combine Fox's sports, news, and entertainment content and the Tubi streaming service with Roku’s connected TV platform, The Roku Channel.
