Founder of nonprofit helping prisoners charged with 20 sex crimes, accused of being inappropriate with female inmates
The founder of an organization that helps former inmates reintegrate with society after incarceration has been arrested for a string of "sexually based crimes," Las Vegas Metro police said, warning there could be additional victims in the community.
