The ongoing shoegaze revival shows no signs of slowing down, and now we've got a trip-hop revival to go right along with it. 16 Underground, a newish LA band who have to be named at least partially after the Sneaker Pimps' one hit, are part of that. 16 Underground's members mostly come from the punk and hardcore world, but that's not what they're doing with this band.
