The Yummy Fur Announce First New Album In 28 Years Everybody Talks About The Weather
Glasgow indie rockers the Yummy Fur were a going concern for most of the '90s, but they called it quits in 1999, the same year keyboardist Mark Gibbons died by suicide. Two members of the band, Alex Kapranos and Paul Thomson, went on to co-found Franz Ferdinand, which added Yummy Fur guitarist Dino Bardot many years later.
